To make sure that I took action in time without overthinking and spending too much time holding back, I contacted Fandom Forward as quick as I can via email.

After sending the email, I realised that the reason I didn’t get a lot of responses before was probably because I wasn’t phrasing the invitation letters in a way that downgrades communication. According to my experience on Reddit, I needed to do my best to convey my proposal in a clearer way.

So I spent some time checking the website of Fandom Forward.

4th Intervention: Connecting with OFMD Original Creators (Uncompleted)

The OFMD Community.

Our Flag Means Death is a community that is fandom-friendly to the general audience. Currently Series 3 of the show is facing cancellation and the fandom community has been parading online and offline to protest for renewal. This is concrete evidence that fandom is actively participating in helping the original. Fandom can be VERY SERIOUS when they want it to be.

Plan of intervention: I contacted several original creators of OFMD and asked them to record a video of them being in character. I contacted about 6 people in total but none of them replied. I will try contacting original creators again and hopefully will make a more successful collab.
